All sales are final at Cold October, and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Please make sure you select the correct size, color, and item before completing your purchase.
We are not responsible for orders placed with incorrect information, including sizing or shipping addresses.
The only exception is if Cold October makes a mistake when fulfilling your order, such as sending the wrong item, size, or color.
If we made a fulfillment mistake, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item received.
